Our Beach wedding package offers you peace of mind and all the following:

 

 

  • Wedding Officiant to officiate your personalized ceremony
  • Unity Sand Ceremony with choice of individuals colors of sand and keepsake container 
  • Basket of shells to use for Shell Blessing
  • Multiple options of wedding vows emailed to the Bride or Groom with option to add personal vows
  • Assistance with selection of location for beachfront ceremony
  • Assistance with selection of accommodations, rehearsal dinner, and reception area
  • Timeline of ceremony emailed to Bride and Groom 
  • Time line of Reception emailed to Bride and Groom if appicable
  • Five scheduled in person or telephone meetings and unlimited emails with Wedding Coordinator, including selecting custom beach site, developing timeline, and providing referrals for accommodations, restaurants, salons, transportation, and more
  • Onsite Wedding Director to assist with Bridal Party, Processional, Group and Family photos, as well as first dances
  • Professional Photographer to document your beach wedding
  • Photographer will begin 30 minutes before ceremony and stay up to 1.5 hours as ceremony begins ( any extra time will be contracted between the bride and groom and photographer)  Limited editing
  •  Digital images are also provided on DVD with full print release.  
  • Professional music system for pre-ceremony, ceremony, post-ceremony music - One location 2 hour limit
  • Up to 40 white padded chairs, (with option for additional chairs at $5/chair)
  • Keepsake Reservation bows on front row to match theme for family
  • Choice of Arbor or Arch, draped in your theme and colors along with greenery
  • Up to 8 shepherds hooks with glass orbs and bows your choice of color for Bridal pathway 
  • Elegantly framed Chalk Board to use as sign for announcement of ceremony
  • Toasting to the Bride and Groom on the Beach to include 8 bottles of sparkling cider & 1 bottle of sparkling champagne served chilled
  • Up to 10 glass fluted toasting glasses for wedding party. (Unless Venue does not allow glass)
